Description: Sized specifically for small dogs between 4 and 10 lbs, this K9 Advantix II formula delivers the same five-way protection as the brand's larger dog formulas — fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, biting flies, and lice — but at a dosage calibrated for smaller body weight, which matters given how sensitive small dogs can be to topical treatments dosed for larger animals. The active ingredients work by both repelling and killing on contact, meaning many pests are deterred before they ever get the chance to bite, rather than only being killed after feeding.
